NYP EM Service Request (EMSR)

EM Service Request mobile application (EMSR mobile) allows the sharing of maintenance feedback by users directly to the service providers via their mobile device.

Co-designed and co-developed by the School of Engineering and Estates Management Department of Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP), the key features of EMSR mobile are:

(1) Requestor can snap photos of the maintenance feedback, choose the facility category and submit to EMSR.

(2) The application will automatically route the feedback to the service provider in charge of the facility for follow up actions.

(3) Requestor can view the status of their submissions in a report via a separate URL link.

(4) The application is currently used by EM department to enhance the maintenance of facilities in the campus

Users are managed by NYP’s application administrator.
